The Bread Festival took place from 19 to 20 October, a two-day event on the theme of bread created by the Savini bakery in San Giovanni Valdarno (AR).
During the conference Il Pane and its supply chain: from cultivation to the finished product, the Director of the Consortium and protection of Pane DOP, Roberto Pardini and the Director of the Climate and Sustainability Foundation Marco Mancini spoke.
An important opportunity to inform the territory, raise awareness and share, with all stakeholders of the Tuscan cereal supply chain, both the problems to be solved to increase the shelf life of Tuscan PDO bread, and the potential of the solution proposed in the strategic plan of the Pane + Days project.
